Common Questions

How long does a full groom take?
Usually 1.5 to 2 hours depending on the breed and coat condition. I'll give you a time when you drop off.
When can puppies have their first groom?
From 12 weeks, once they've had their second vaccination. The earlier they start, the more comfortable they'll be.
Do you take nervous or anxious dogs?
Absolutely. I work with dogs at their own pace, with breaks built in. Many of my regulars were nervous at first.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, I'm usually booked 1-2 weeks ahead. Call or WhatsApp to check availability.
